Delivery Times and Costs:
Standard Delivery (3-5 days):
Standard delivery is added for all product deliveries throughout the UK, unless you qualify for free delivery.
Dispatch is 3-5 working days for all items in stock/season, in busy periods this may extend up to 7-9 working days.
Your order will normally be sent within 5-7 working days, subject to availability.

International delivery is not currently available.
P & P is charged according to the costs levied to us by the various carriers we use, which are based on a parcel's weight and size. The P & P charge is clearly shown in your Shopping basket online. Some items due to their size and/or weight require additional charges, however these are highlighted in the product details page and in the basket.
We aim to despatch all goods within 72 hours of the receipt of order, and usually within 1 working day. Delivery with our specialist couriers is usually on a next working day so you should receive your order within 6 working days. We advise having deliveries made to your work address if possible, as there is usually someone available to check and sign for a delivery. If no-one will be at the delivery address during the weekday daytime, please enter clear instructions of where you would like the package to be left in our Special Instructions box, during the checkout process. Please be aware that if the goods are left as per your instructions, it is at your own risk.
Very occasionally due to circumstances out of our control, such as late deliveries from our suppliers, inclement weather or transport breaking down, it may take longer to deliver some goods.
Please contact us for a quote for your delivery to off shore Islands, Central and Northern Scotland and Northern Ireland. We can deliver most of our products to Southern Ireland, Europe and beyond, but you would need to email us first with full details of your order and your name, address and contact email and telephone number. We would need to know the quantity and name of the items you wanted to order so we can estimate the size and weight. Please also note that you should be aware of any import duty or tax that your country may impose.

Exclusions and Conditions:
We cannot deliver large items over 5 Kgs to the Channel Islands and off shore locations such as the Isle of Man, Shetland, Hebrides, BFPO addresses, or PO Box addresses and other offshore locations due to excessive costs of carriage regulations. Please contact us for delivery pricing with address.
Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Exclusions and Conditions in addition to our other policies and terms of trade throughout the site. Gijja cannot be held liable for any issues arising related to any delay with order delivery.
Unfortunately we cannot offer a delivery service of items over 5 Kgs to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands or addresses outside the UK. We can, however, deliver for a £10 delivery surcharge.
