Can I get a refund?

Purchases made at gijja.com are covered by a full 30-day satisfaction guarantee. During the 30 days period, customers are eligible for refunds and/or replacements for any purchases made (unless otherwise stated on the item description). After 30 days, customers are only eligible for a replacement under the manufacturer's warranty. If no replacement is available, an exchange for a comparable model and/or store credit will be issued at our discretion. Any physical damage or modifications on a product will automatically void its return policy/warranty and we will return any products that exhibit physical damage back to the customer.

My order has gone through twice - what should I do?

Don't worry - if you make a mistake or change your mind we can help. Please contact us to arrange a refund of your duplicate order.
